Admission Procedure

Admission procedure

For LKG, UKG and Preparatory, admission is based on the performance in a 'Student–Friendly' assessment questionnaire, followed by an interview with parents and the pupil with the Principal.


PRIMARY, MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL CLASSES (STDS 1 to 8)


Student’s admission is based on the performance in a 'Student–Friendly', conceptual and skill-based assessment questionnaire, followed by an interview with parents and the pupil with the Principal.


Admission
  1. Generally applications for admissions for LKG, UKG, PREP & Std I are accepted from the last week of October, unless otherwise specified.
  2. A pupil who has attended any recognized school previously cannot be admitted without a Transfer Certificate from the last school attended.
  3. All the students must appear for the Admission Test during the time of admission and only candidates meeting our academic standards will be admitted.
  4. At the time of admission, the entrance fee, tuition fees for the first term and all the special fees must be paid in advance.
  5. On payment of the fees, you will be given a receipt which will confirm your child’s admission to the school
  6. At the time of admission for Standard I to Standard VIII parents are requested to produce the T. C. duly signed by the Head of the Institution of the previous school, and it should be counter signed by an Officer not below the rank of District Inspector of Schools of the Education Department of the State/ Union Territory concerned.


The following are to be submitted along with the completed application form:
  1. Four photographs of student (one attached to application form)
  2. One photograph of mother
  3. One photograph of father
  4. Aadhar Card of the child
  5. Aadhar Card of both parents
  6. Attested copy of birth certificate of student clearly specifying date of birth (issued by Municipal Corporation or any other competent Authority)
  7. Transfer certificate (if applicable) from previous school.
  8. Report/mark sheet (if applicable) from previous school.


Completed application form must be submitted at the school office within one week of issuance of the forms.


Care must be taken to ensure that the entire application form is filled and duly signed.In particular ,the date of birth of student must match with that according to the birth certificate.


Issue of this application form or receipt /registration of a completed application does not imply admission.In all matters related to admission , the decision of the management of the school will be final.


Parents and the students may be invited for an interaction with the school management during the admissions process.Dates for the same will be duly notified.
